The Step 1 National Board Exam Preparation Fee provides second year Warren Alpert Medical School students access to preparation for the United States Medical Licensing Step 1 Exam (USMLE) via UWorld. Access is provided for a six-month period and includes access to a large bank of practice questions, a study planner, and two self assessments. This fee is charged to second year students in the first semester and is non-refundable.
The Step 2 National Board Exam Preparation Fee provides second year Warren Alpert Medical School students access to preparation for NBME subject exams (shelf exams) and the United States Medical Licensing Step 2 CK Exam (USMLE) via UWorld. Access is provided for a two-year period and includes access to a large bank of practice questions, a study planner, and three self assessments. This fee is charged to second year students in the second semester and is non-refundable. The fee is not charged to students who are taking time away from Brown between the pre-clerkship phase and the clerkship phase.
