Email is the official form for University communications. Students are expected to activate and frequently check their Brown email accounts to stay informed of their important financial responsibilities.
Typical response time is within 2-3 days. During peak times responses may require additional time. Always provide your Banner ID or Loan ID and full name so we may identify your account.
